The Pineapple Sharer

A perfect summer's breakfast for two...



  • 1 Pineapple
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 100g Coyo
  • 2 teaspoons cashew nut butter (optional)


  • Breakfast by Bella Peanut Butter Me Up granola
  • 1 teaspoon freezedried acai powder
  • 1 teaspoon dessicated coconut
  • 1/2 banana
  • 8 blueberries


  1. Cut pineapple in half and cut out the flesh. Save the outter skin to use as a bowl.
  2. Place banana, Coyo and nut butter into a blender and blitz together.
  3. Pour smoothie into your pineapple bowl.
  4. Top with your scrumptious granola and yummy fruits.
