The Pineapple Sharer
A perfect summer's breakfast for two...
- 1 Pineapple
- 1 frozen banana
- 100g Coyo
- 2 teaspoons cashew nut butter (optional)
- Breakfast by Bella Peanut Butter Me Up granola
- 1 teaspoon freezedried acai powder
- 1 teaspoon dessicated coconut
- 1/2 banana
- 8 blueberries
- Cut pineapple in half and cut out the flesh. Save the outter skin to use as a bowl.
- Place banana, Coyo and nut butter into a blender and blitz together.
- Pour smoothie into your pineapple bowl.
- Top with your scrumptious granola and yummy fruits.
