The Teacher

A bowl of heaven...



  • 1 frozen banana
  • 6 blueberries 
  • 2 teaspoons raw cacao 
  • 2 teaspoons raw lucuma powder*
  • 30ml almond milk 
  • A handful of almonds 

*You could use maple or agave syrup  if you don't have lucuma, or you you could skip the extra sweetener altogether (even better).


  • Granola (refined sugar free)
  • 3 strawberries 
  • 6 blueberries 
  • A drizzle of nut butter 


  1. Blitz all of your smoothie ingredients together and pour into your bowl or jar.
  2. Sprinkle your granola on top of the smoothie.
  3. Wash and cut your berries in half and then place these on top of your smoothie. 
  4. Drizzle on your nut butter.
