- 1 large apple
- 2 dates
- Half a teaspoon of cinnamon
- Half a teaspoon of nutmeg
- Half a vanilla pod
- 2 dessert spoons of granola (refined sugar free)
- 2 dessert spoons of soya yogurt
1. Grate an apple into a bowl.
2. Chop two dates into small pieces. In a bowl, mix them with the apple, cinnamon, nutmeg and seeds from the vanilla pod. Mix well.
3. Add half of the apple mix into your jar.
4. Top with a dessert spoon of soya yogurt and then a dessert spoon of granola.
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 until your jar is full.
